Decimo 250W Factory Reset

Turn the Decimo off.

Press and hold power button and volume UP simultaneously. When the menu appears- release both buttons. Using ONLY volume UP select "recovery mode", use volume down to confirm.


 
You will get LP logo and then Android "No command" screen. Press the power button once and you will get another menu.


Choose "wipe data/factory reset" option, using both volume buttons if required, confirm with power button. On the next screen choose “Yes” and confirm with power button.

Once completed choose "reboot system now".


 Now scan in the WiFi and proxy (if you use one) QR codes to get the Learnpad back on the network.
