Factory Reset LPO-478WD


Make sure the device model number LPO-478WD  is switched off.
Hold down the power and volume down button until you see the Learnpad logo then release the buttons
The system recovery menu will appear.
Use the volume up/down button to scroll through the options to wipe data /factory reset
Use power button to select it.
Scroll down to Yes - delete all user data press power button
When menu says reboot now press power button

After this you will need to scan in the WiFI QR code and proxy if you use one in your organisation
