LearnPad Factory Reset Procedure Workbook Model LPW1101B / LPW2101B

Turn the Workbook off.

Press and hold the Volume Down (Volume Up for LPW2101B) and Power button simultaneously. Continue to hold these buttons until the screen turns on - when it does, release Power but continue holding Volume Down
.
Once the boot menu appears, use Volume Down to cycle through the menu to Recovery Mode. Press the Power button.



Once "No Command" appears on the screen,


Press Volume Up and Power simultaneously. The Android system recovery screen displays (if it doesn't, just press the combination again).


Use Volume Down to scroll to wipe data/factory reset. Press the Power button.


Use Volume Down to scroll to Yes. Press the Power button.
Once the process completes, you will return to the Android system recovery screen.


Press the Power button to reboot the device.

Now scan in the WiFi and proxy (if you use one) QR codes to get the Learnpad back on the network.
